This finale was heart-wrenching, beautiful, and so freaking REAL! And by real, I obviously don't mean real since it's a fantasy, but too many books portray the characters as perfect or too sarcastic or unrealistically brave. In Heather Renee's final book in The Falls Trilogy, Kali and Lucas's life gets turned upside down in many ways and their reactions are real, not perfect. They deal with conflict and tragedy and marriage, and they make mistakes. I hate the author for making me cry, but I love the author for making me feel so much that it made me cry. This is a beautiful end to a beautiful series, but I really hope it's not over for good! Jordan and Oliver need their own books, right?

I laughed....I cried....I was satisfied. I loved the entire series and I feel like it's only gotten better as it's gone on. Heathers incredible ability to draw readers in with a magical world and and incredibly real characters make me want to read everything she has on her mind.
A very well written conclusion to a well thought out story. Be sure to read the first two books in the series first. This third book will swing your emotions all over the place, but several twists bring it to a solid ending. If you like paranormal and kicky female leads, you will be sure to love this one.
“Embracing the Falls”, book 3 of The Falls Trilogy by Heather Renee is amazing. You will feel everything in this book and you will definitely tear up (both good and bad tears). Heather does an amazing job with this finally book and tying everything together. A wonderful ending to a wonderful series. I highly recommend this book and the entire series.
What a roller coaster of emotion to end a series on! Kali has so much to contend with and she makes more than one choice that I knew would end up hurting, but that's how life is. So many new additions and I couldn't put it down. I thought this installment showed great depth and conflict, making sure I felt all the highs and lows right alongside Kali.
This was a great finale to the series. Everything was wrapped up and left me feeling happy despite the rollercoaster of emotions riding this journey. Each character had their own space to grow and become unique, Kali and Lucas are portrayed so well, that they felt like they were friends I had now. I finished this series right after being very sick and down, and it really brightened my week! #strixforlife
Woah! That was one intense rollercoaster ride of action and emotion! Totally didn't see some of the stuff coming (I always love when books surprise me - even when it's a scene that rips out my heart and stomps on it for good measure). This was a spectacular end to this trilogy and while there was a heaping helping of emotion overload there was everything else I expected as well; action and humor and good happy moments. Super well done.
Wow! What a conclusion to the series. The author's skill to draw the reader in and captivate their attention has grown with each book released. Embracing the Falls is the perfect conclusion to the series; however, I will miss the characters. While I laughed at times when reading the book, I also cried (an ugly cry too). This book will push the reader through the gamut of emotions. I highly recommend this book to those who enjoy YA paranormal romance. I also encourage the readers to have tissues ready.
