Really enjoyed this book. It kept me wondering all the way through. Getting input from both sides of this mystery was a novel approach. I will read the other book s in this series.

I've read several of this author's books and overall have enjoyed them all. Her plots are always intriguing and suspenseful with a dark element and many twists and turns that the reader can't anticipate. This book was good, but not her best. I think she's an excellent writer and always wait in anticipation for the next one.
A very readable, very believable book. Good story line with a couple of sub-plots and good character development. Going back for the others in the series.
Wow! Kids can indeed be cruel little puckers. What another great book by a Brit. This story was a constant tale of twists and turns; and slowly revealing all the secrets to finally get to the end. Absolutely brilliant.
Good book. Chapter 37 says the body was prostate which, I believe, is part of the male anatomy and should read prostrate. Other than this typo I enjoyed the book and have pre-ordered the next one due out. Nice to have British authors coming through. Well done.
Too many points of view and not enough development of any of them. Looking back, I can't remember a major character, including the DS.
